Toshiba Launches VSON4 Small Package Photorelays with 110 Degrees Celsius Maximum Operating Temperature
2016-09-30 | ReturnUse of photorelays at higher temperatures is increasing in various applications, including semiconductor testers. To meet the demand, the operating temperature of the 12 products in the 2.45mm(L)×1.45mm(W)×1.3mm(H) small package "VSON4 Series" has been extended from 85 degrees to 110 degrees Celsius, for a total range of -40 to 110 degrees Celsius. Designers can take advantage of the extended features to design sets with an expanded design margin.
