High Directivity MMIC Amplifier Supports 0.5 to 2.5 GHz in 5x6mm MCLP Package

8 September 2016 – Mini-Circuits’ VNA-28B+ is a high-directivity MMIC amplifier supporting applications from 0.5 to 2.5 GHz including cellular, PCN and more. This model provides high directivity from 16 to 23 dB, 23 dB gain, output power up to +11.4 dBm, and 3.0 dB noise figure. Fabricated using PHEMT technology, the amplifier comes housed in an 8-lead 5 x 6mm MCLP package with built-in DC blocks, and no external biasing circuit required. It can operate on a single 2.8 – 5V supply and has a separate pad for DC power, eliminating the need for a bias tee. It provides excellent ESD protection with HBM Class 1A and MM Class M1.
