16 August 2016 - Mini-Circuits’ PHA-101+ is an advanced, ultra-high dynamic range MMIC amplifier supporting applications from 0.05 to 1.5 GHz. This model provides 15.2 dB gain, +26 dBm P1dB, +45 dBm OIP3, and 4.0 dB noise figure. It provides excellent matching over its full frequency range without the need for external matching components. Industry leading IP3 performance relative to device size and power consumption makes this model ideal for use in driver amplifiers for complex waveform upconverter paths, drivers in linearized systems, and secondary amplifiers in high-dynamic-range receivers. It comes housed in a tiny SOT-89 package with excellent heat dissipation and operates on a single 9V supply. The PHA-101+ may be used as a replacement for model WJ AH1a,b.
