14 July 2016 –Mini-Circuits’ PWR-6LRMS-RC USB/Ethernet controlled true RMS power sensor turns your PC into a low-cost power meter. This model provides high-sensitivity power measurement of CW as well as modulated and multi-tone signals over frequencies from 50 to 6000 MHz with dynamic range from -45 to +10 dBm. USB and Ethernet control (supporting HTTP and Telnet protocols) provides an easy-to-use interface for signal monitoring and data acquisition from most desktops or laptops. It’s a handy, low-cost measurement solution for a variety of applications including testing 3G and 4G products, cell phones, and general RF components.

The power sensor is provided with Mini-Circuits’ user-friendly GUI control software, which gives you a full set of measurement tools including measurement averaging, time-scheduled measurements, and multi-sensor support (up to 24). The GUI also comes with a built-in library of measurement applications for RF testing of couplers, filters, amplifiers and many more. View data and plots on-screen, or export to Excel® for simple reporting and data analysis. DLLs are supplied for 32- and 64-bit Windows systems, allowing easy control through your native test software as well.
