Fabricated using IPD process technology, this model provides outstanding repeatability with 0.6 dB insertion loss, 0.8 dB amplitude unbalance, 4° phase unbalance, and RF power handling up to +34 dBm (2.5W). The unit comes housed in a tiny, 12-pad 3 x 3 x 0.8mm QFN package with low inductance and excellent thermal efficiency.
