20 June 2016 – Mini-Circuits’ new ZFSWA2R-63DR+ is a general purpose connectorized SPDT solid state absorptive RF switch covering a wide range of applications from 500 to 6000 MHz including high-speed testers, automated switching networks, wireless infrastructure, military and more. This model provides very fast switching time of just 35ns, 65 dB isolation, 1.4 dB insertion loss, and RF input power handling up to 1W.

The switch comes housed in a compact, aluminum alloy case (1.25 x 1.25 x 0.75”) with SMA connectors and an optional mounting bracket. It features an integrated CMOS driver and operates on a single 3-5V supply with 5µA control current. The switch has an operating temperature range from -55 to +100°C, offering outstanding reliability for tough environments.
