Mini-Circuits Expands Selection of Ultra-Thin Splitter/Combiners with SMP Connectors

24 May 2016 – To meet your needs and give you more choices, Mini-Circuits has added three new models to our selection of coaxial splitter/combiners in ultra-thin packages with SMP snap-on connectors. Thin case height makes these designs ideal for systems in dense packaging environments.

Model ZN2PD-272SMP+ is a 2-way 0° splitter/combiner covering the 600 to 2750 MHz band, supporting a wide range of applications including cellular, SatCom, CATV and more. This model provides 10W RF input power handling as a splitter and DC current passing up to 600mA (300mA each port). It achieves 0.4 dB insertion loss, 22 dB isolation, 0.1 dB amplitude unbalance and 1° phase unbalance, and it comes housed in a rugged, aluminum alloy case measuring 1.8 x 3.28 x 0.30”.

Model ZN4PD-33SMP+ is a 4-way 0° splitter/combiner covering the 500 to 3000 MHz band, supporting applications including UHF, cellular, GPS, PCS, CATV and more. This model provides 10W RF input power handling as a splitter and DC current passing up to 1A (250mA each port). It achieves 0.9 dB insertion loss, 20 dB isolation, 0.3 dB amplitude unbalance, and 3° phase unbalance, and it comes housed in an aluminum alloy case measuring 3.10 x 3.28 x 0.30”.

Model ZN12PD-63SMP+ is a 12-way 0° splitter/combiner covering the 600 to 6000 MHz frequency range supporting applications such as PCS/DCS/UMTS, cellular, MMDC, SatCom and more. This model provides 20W RF input power handling and DC current passing up to 1.2A (100mA each port). It achieves low insertion loss (1.4 to 3.0 dB), 19 dB isolation, 0.6 dB typical amplitude unbalance, and 9° phase unbalance, and it comes housed in an aluminum alloy case measuring 8.5 x 9.5 x 0.43”.
