21 April 2016 – Mini-Circuits has expanded our offering of surface-mount couplers with a new series of stripline-based models providing extremely high power handling in a miniature, low-profile printed laminate form factor. New model MBDA-30-451HP is a bi-directional coupler which achieves 200W combined DC and RF power handling for applications from 225 to 450 MHz including power amplifiers, antenna feeds, military systems and more. The coupler measures only 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.051” and provides 0.15 dB mainline loss, 30 dB return loss, and 28 dB directivity. The unit has a wide operating temperature range from -55 up to +105°C, making it suitable for use near high power componentry where high temperature is common.
