MEAN WELL introduces the IRM-05/10/15/20/30/45/60 (5~60W) series for AC/DC miniature on board type encapsulated power supply. In order to further fulfill the application demands for lower wattage, MEAN WELL is pleased to unveil the new 3W ~IRM-03(S) series. The sales points of this product is the miniature size and the ultra low no load power consumption wattage (<0.075W); it can help not only system designers resolve issues of insufficient PCB layout space for the terminal equipment but also comply with the global regulations requiring low power consumption for electronic devices. Per application requirements, this series is planed with the PCB mounting type (IRM-03) and the SMD type (IRM-03S) that they are ready for hand welding or SMT onto PCB mother boards of various electric apparatuses or industrial electromechanical facilities. Suitable applications include: industrial electric apparatuses, mechanical instruments, automation facilities, hand-held electrical devices, IoT-related equipments, etc.
