Safeguard Sensitive Electronics with Dual Bidirectional Protection in SOT-23 Package

Say hello to MCC Semi’s lineup of new dual bidirectional ESD protection diodes: ESD15VT2BHE3-TP, ESD27VT2BHE3-TP, ESD3V3T2BHE3-TP, and ESD7V0T2BHE3-TP. Available in the compact SOT-23 package size, these diodes deliver reliable protection from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transients— such as lightning — for dual single lines.

Reverse standoff voltages ranging from 3.3V to 27V, low clamping voltage, and a max leakage of only 0.5µA ensure effective protection for sensitive electronic components, even in harsh conditions.

Our dual bidirectional ESD protection diodes comply with stringent industry standards, including AEC-Q101, IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD immunity test), and IEC61000-4-5 (Lightning), so there’s no compromising when it comes to performance.

Whether it’s a demanding automotive electronics system or a smart consumer device, MCC delivers reliable performance when shielding sensitive equipment with our dual bidirectional ESD protection diodes.
