YAGEO Group has recently developed the world’s smallest metal current sensing resistor - PA0100 (01005 size 0.4mm x 0.2mm). The new product launch highlights its industry - leading R&D capabilities and fulfills its commitment to customers’ small size needs.

The current mechanical production process could not satisfy the customers’ pursuing of miniaturization on size and tolerance. YAGEO has developed and adopted several semi-conductor manufacturing processes to achieve a minimal size & high accurate, current sensor with a resistance value as low as 10-20 mΩ. At the same time, it also combines high-precision (1%), low-temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR 300ppm/°C), and low thermal EMF (thermal EMF). The PA0100 jumpers are applied as metal jumpers with a maximum rated current of 8 amperes.

PA0100 metal current sensing resistors are mainly adopted in light, thin, short, multi-functional, and high-density mobile devices such as smartphones, wearable devices, battery modules, and radiofrequency transceiver modules (RF/PA modules).

YAGEO metal current sensing resistor PA series has high-performance characteristics, currently offers a full range of sizes including 01005, 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 2010 to meet the diverse application needs of customers.
